1.Location and access: The inn is located in the Tisey-Estanzuela Nature Reserve, municipality of San Nicolás, department of Estelí. To get to this destination, in Managua take one of the buses that leave the Mayoreo Market in the direction of the city of Estelí and get off at the junction of San Nicolás. From there, walk 8 kilometers of paved road and 5 of dirt road. Alternatively, go to the Esteli South terminal and take a bus to Estanzuela (6 am and 1:30 pm), which leaves you 300 meters from the inn.
2. Ecosystem: The inn is located in the Finca del Tisey, in the Tisey Estanzuela Nature Reserve, at an altitude between 1,400 and 1,550 meters. The zone registers an average annual temperature that oscillates between 17º and 25º degrees.
3. Tourist attractions: The visitor can walk in the tropical humid forest where he will observe a great variety of species of flora and fauna. You can also admire the beautiful landscapes of the area from various natural viewpoints; visit the coffee plantations, the crops of vegetables, citrus fruits, vegetables and the pastoral silvo area where the cattle are raised.

Tourist activities: On the farm there are several trails, the best known is the one that leads to the Mirador Segoviano, the highest point of the estate (1,550 m), from where you can appreciate a beautiful panoramic view. Other trails lead to the waterhole, to the areas of cultivation and raising of livestock. The trails can be covered on foot or on horseback, in the company of guides (cost of 1.5 USD), which will take you to the most attractive places in the area such as El Jalacate and Salto de la Estanzuela.

5. Tourist services: We offer food based on traditional food (1.5 and 2 USD), guided, sale of handicrafts and accommodation for about 45 people. The inn offers accommodation in 2 country cabins for couples (USD 9 per night) and a hostel has 5 shared rooms to accommodate 4 to 10 people (USD 3 per night). The inn has electricity, sanitary services, latrines and showers. It also has an auditorium for the celebration of cultural events. A craft workshop for women is under construction; It is expected to start up a peasant museum and various initiatives linked to agricultural fairs.
